On August 31 and September 1, leaders from across Adventist Schools Australia gathered in Sydney for the National Leadership Development Course (NLDC) Level 2. Invitees were those who participated in the National Leadership Development Course from 2021 – 2024 and are currently in senior leadership.

Sessions explored the Outer Journey of leadership, focusing on leading change, developing other leaders, and strategic leadership, before shifting to the Inner Journey, where participants examined adaptive leadership and the personal qualities required to lead effectively in complex environments. An additional online session scheduled for 20 October will enable participants to continue reflecting on their inner and outer leadership development journeys.
