Last week, the Adventist Schools Australia (ASA) Leadership Institute welcomed emerging leaders from across Australia and New Zealand for Phase 1 of the Emerging Leaders Program.

Throughout the week, participants engaged in key areas including sacrificial leadership, strengths-based leadership, creating healthy school cultures, and reflecting on personal leadership direction.

In feedback, participants described the program as “meaningful and reflective,” “impactful and energising,” and “a powerful opportunity to grow.” Connection was another highlight, with leaders building relationships and learning alongside peers from across the Adventist education system.

Phase 1 marks the beginning of an ongoing leadership journey.
