New Administrators Program

Join us for the annual ASA New Administrators Program, designed as a vital orientation for senior leaders in Adventist Education.

Event Highlights:

  • Focus on spiritual leadership, peer connections, self awareness, system requirements, and school improvement

Who Should Attend?

Attendance is strongly encouraged, and usually expected, for those appointed to the following roles:

  • Education Directors and Associates
  • Project Officers
  • Principals
  • Deputy Principals/Heads of School
  • ELC Managers

For leaders transitioning to a similar role (e.g, a Principal moving to another school), attendance is optional if they have already participated in this program.
