Your role as Principal is incredibly important – you set the vision, guide the culture, and lead teams – all crucial to building a thriving Christ-centred learning community. We know that it is often a lonely and challenging role – especially over the past two years. We need to reconnect; we need to lift each other up. As such, the ASA Leadership Institute has set up an opportunity to do just that. We are calling them ‘Principals’ Forums’ with a specific focus on your wellbeing. The forums will operate once per term, where school principals across our Australian schools have the opportunity to connect, learn from each other and reflect. Each 60-minute forum will be led by a skilled facilitator, with most of the time spent in small breakout rooms where Principals can connect, support, and reflect on posed questions.
