A key strategy within the ASA Leadership Institute is to identify Adventist teachers who have the passion and potential to be successful school leaders in the future.

The Emerging Leaders Program is designed to identify, inspire, develop, and connect a new generation of school leaders:

• to speak into your hearts as our emerging leaders.
• to understand how crucial the spirituality of an Adventist school leader is in setting the culture of Adventist schools.
• to provide insights into your personal strengths and your leadership style.
• to start your journey of growth and support into a senior leadership.

The Emerging Leaders program is currently run every two years on an even year cycle.
