Our mentorship program remains a cornerstone of support for over 50 of our leaders.
In order to ensure consistency and quality, our leadership mentors meet multiple times per year with Stephen Scott, where the practice is refined, ensuring they are asking the right questions and assisting the mentee in owning their development.

Recent surveys from mentees have highlighted the profound impact of the mentoring relationships. One mentee expressed, “My mentor supports me in my quest to find my own answers and solve my problems while equipping me with excellent resources along the way. When I don’t know what I don’t know, she guides me to a place that I can educate myself. It is usually done with research/resources that I can then use in other situations as well.”

Another mentee emphasised the integration of faith and mission in their sessions, noting, “Prayer is a focus in our sessions, and everything comes back to our missional focus and God’s calling for us to serve in our current roles.”

The mentors’ ability to foster self-awareness and problem-solving is repeatedly commended. “She has a fantastic ability to ask the right questions to help me think about a problem in a different perspective,” one mentee stated. Another added, “She doesn’t shy away from asking the difficult questions that prompt thought and self-awareness.”

As our mentors continue to refine their craft, their dedication is evident in the positive feedback from mentees. We thank God for our mentors and the support they are providing to our mentees.
