New Administrators gathered in February for the 2022 New Administrators course. Once again, the course took place online, with the hope that it will return to Melbourne in 2023. Time was spent orientating those in a new senior leadership position and connecting to purpose.

The New Administrators Program is designed and facilitated for three reasons:

1. To uplift you and encourage you as you start your journey in a major leadership role within Adventist education.
2. To unite you with your system leaders and colleagues so that you realise you are not alone in this journey.
3. To orientate you to the vision and programs of the national office to assist you in your role.
